The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced the nominees for 82nd Annual Academy Awards this morning. James Cameron's sci-fi Avatar and the Iraq war thriller The Hurt Locker lead the Academy Awards with nine nominations each, including best picture and director for James Cameron and Kathryn Bigelow. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on March 7 at 8 PM. Actors Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin will co-host the show. Here are the nominees -
